It is calling for a more collaborate approach from the industry and a move to a more human-centred approach. Justin Blows Posted June 27, 2016 Share Posted June 27, 2016 I did a quick search for published patent applications by Samsung that mention "The Internet of Things". The search returned 1,937 hits. It's only a rough search, but it is clear that Samsung already have a commanding patent portfolio. IoT patents will be influential in determining the success of IoT company's.
