Description: In this webinar, Deloitte specialists in the Internet of Things will present a strategic approach to implementing IOT using design thinking methodology to underpin the user experience. Deloitte will share case studies where this approach has been applied. 

About the presenters

Lauren is a designer, author and Director at Deloitte Consulting. She has over 15 years' experience using design thinking and its human-centred approach to solve complex problems in business, government and society. Lauren holds a PhD in design from Northumbria University (UK). Prior to this she completed a Master of Business degree from The University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Design (Honours) degree from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). Lauren is also a published author of the book Design Transitions (2013) which presents insightful stories of how design is changing around the world. Lauren is passionate about how we use design to navigate our complex world.

Bertrand Marcou is a Business focused Telecommunication, Media and Technology expert who has more than 15 years of experience in major business and IT transformation projects across the APAC region. His focus is to deliver value to our customers in every step of the engagement, enable them to accelerate business value from their IT investment and define a strategy to achieve desired end-state rapidly.
